I am very thankful Miranda was by my side at birth. She began working with me in late pregnancy. She texted me every few days to see how I was feeling and offer advice and ways to try to feel more comfortable. When I was in labor, I called her around 3am and she came right over. She helped me labor at home as long as I felt comfortable and helped me to determine when we should go to the hospital. In the hospital she provided support by suggesting new positions to labor in. She gave me hip squeezes and counter pressure during contractions which helped a ton in pain management. It was very calming to have her with me in labor. She was understanding and supportive of my birth plan. I highly recommend Miranda to anyone seeking a doula! - Reagan
